Namibia Breweries products are widely available throughout Namibia and the Southern African Development Community region due to an extensive distribution network. Their partnership with Heineken South Africa is an exciting platform for growth in southern Africa. Their products are exported to 17 countries outside Namibia and South Africa.

Commercial Objectives
With high levels of uncertainty following the global pandemic, Namibia Breweries are confident that their 2025 Breakthrough Strategy provides clear guidance and direction for the journey.
They have several priorities ahead:
- Planning a rigorous portfolio optimisation exercise to eradicate inefficiencies that have been created in the value chain through low and non-performing SKUs. This will help free up line capacity as well as shelf space for brands, thereby serving their commitment to deliver extraordinary results.
- Innovation is more important than ever to ensure they have a portfolio that will meet the needs of their consumers and all relevant occasions; they will reimagine the typical beer occasion which has been their greatest volume driver in the past.
- Continue their digital transformation journey. This includes driving the full adoption of a new sales platform and the introduction of technology across commercial functions, that will allow them to measure the effectiveness of sales performance, as much as advertising spend.
